Meet Donna Tavares! She is the Center Director at Cross Ridge KinderCare in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Donna attended Massasoit Community College where she earned an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, and Eastern Nazarene College where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been with KinderCare for one year, and before that she was an executive director and a director of operations. Donna's favorite quote is, "Always be found doing the right thing even when no one is looking." Outside of work, Donna enjoys crafting, traveling, and spending time with her family.
