AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED
We’re so proud!
Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited - nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference, and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY
What Learning Looks Like
Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
Howard KinderCare Programs
Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)
Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and ready to explore their world.
Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)
Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.
Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)
This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them get used to a more structured school setting.
Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)
This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step: kindergarten!
Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)
When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language, math, science, Spanish, and social skills.
Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)
You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!
School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)
Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.
Learning Adventures - Enrichment Program
Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)
In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication, and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!
Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)
KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math, science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare way of learning the foundations of music.
Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)
Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program. From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we have the data to prove it.)
STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)
You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do amazing things!
Our Teachers
We're the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn't enough though. KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply, we love our teachers and your child will, too.

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH
An Artist's Heart
"My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We're so proud to have been named one of Gallup's 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award. When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience an amazing place to learn and grow.

First off, everyone is wonderful at Security KinderCare! We love all of the staff. Ryan and I have seen all of these Service Values demonstrated numerous times. Props to all of you! Our daughter is in love and obsessed with Miss Kyla. Kyla is always so kind and caring to her. She has made an important role model for our daughter and always lets her be a helper (which she adores). Furthermore, she is always communicating with Ryan and I about her daily interactions, needs, and much more. Kyla has gone above and beyond working and building a relationship with our daughter and us. Often, I hear about Ms. Katie as well. She tells me that she loves to play with Ms. Katie outside and that she is fun. This shows me that Ms. Katie cares about her and gives her the attention she thrives on. Ms. Reanna, even though just starting with my daughter, already has reached out to introduce herself, starting to build a relationship with our family. She seems excited and enthusiastic to be working with my daughter and the other kids in her room. Beth and Kayla (Heather and Stephanie too) take wonderful care of my son. I am extremely comfortable leaving him with them, and have been since week one. They always fill me in on his days and continue to provide me detailed information so we are on the same page. I am always welcomed when dropping off or picking up. Tara and the other openers always help make my daughter's drop-off a smooth transition. She is always welcomed in the room and they help her on some days when she does not always want me to leave. They are quick to hold and comfort her, also making it easier on Mom. Erin and Tasha are always working and shifting to meet our family's needs. They are great when adjusting our schedules to meet my working schedule, which means so much. Every day, whether walking in or out, I am welcomed. KinderCare is a happy and warm place because of the foundation they have provided. My daughter loves coming to "school" every day and is always so excited to share her day with us. My son, too, is always so content and happy--he one day will be telling us about his day too. It's a great feeling knowing my kids are in great care.

Welcoming a child into our lives was probably one of the scariest and most rewarding things we have ever done. When the time came to go back to work, we couldn't image leaving our daughter in the hands of another, but as parents, it is something most of us probably face. Initially we did not want to put our child in public daycare so we decided to have someone come to our home. For us, that was surprisingly an unanticipated disaster! We made a list of all the things that were important to us and began touring centers. Each tour was more disappointing than the next until we toured Security KinderCare. It had all of the things we were looking for. The most important things to us were safety and security, no prop-feeding bottles, a strong learning curriculum, low turnover in teachers, cleanliness, and we did not want our child sitting a swing or bouncer all day. (We call that the BOP, Battery Operated Parent.) Just from the short tour, we knew we had found our place. Not one bouncer or swing in sight. Children were being fed by a teacher, security checks were occurring throughout the visit, and the teachers put us at ease. So we decided to give it a go. Fast forward to three years later and here we are, still members of the center and have just added a son. Can you believe in three years' time, we still see all the same faces every day when we walk in the door? What we didn't realize was how KinderCare would integrate into our family. They have done an amazing job of welcoming our kids each morning (let's be honest, drop off doesn't always go smoothly), painting the picture of what our children did all day on the daily sheet, providing development feedback, and including our family in many events throughout the year. Our favorite events are the book fair exchange, family Thanksgiving dinner, and the chili cook-off. Like most families, these days our lives get a bit chaotic sometimes. The KinderCare staff is always there to send a reminder email or take one of our many calls. We never feel as though our children are just numbers. It is the most comforting feeling to know that while we are at work our children are safe, happy, learning, and growing!

We chose to enroll our first son at a KinderCare child care center because of the friendliness of the staff and families. When our first son was in the “baby” room, we soon found out we were pregnant with our second. The center warmly welcomed our new baby boy! We loved that the boys were able to interact with one another during the day, but also were able to learn the skills necessary when dealing with their same-age peers. Their social, behavioral, and academic skills improved throughout the years because of the KinderCare staff's knowledge and care. We were highly impressed with the center and know that our children have a strong upbringing because of the KinderCare child care center.

We have been a KinderCare family since 2010. When we first were in need of daycare services, my son was six months old. He is now in the 4K program at KinderCare, and we could not be any more pleased with the care and education he has received over the last four years. Our daughter now attends KinderCare as well. We are amazed at how much she has grown in just one year. We are so fortunate to have found a center that exceeds our expectations. As parents, it is our hope that our kids be safe, happy, and engaged in learning each day. The KinderCare staff works very hard each and every day to make sure these three items are at the top of their minds. I know my children are safe at the center, they are happy to see their friends each day, and we can see their learning displayed on the walls of each classroom. There is a special place in our hearts for the staff at Security KinderCare!
