We are now open to the community.
AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED
Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited - nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference, and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.
Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)
Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and ready to explore their world.
Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)
Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.
Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)
This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them get used to a more structured school setting.
Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)
This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step: kindergarten!
Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)
When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language, math, science, Spanish, and social skills.
Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)
You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!
School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)
Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.
Learning Adventures - Enrichment Program
Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)
In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication, and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!
Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)
KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math, science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare way of learning the foundations of music.
Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)
Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program. From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we have the data to prove it.)
STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)
You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do amazing things!
Robotics (summer only)
We're the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn't enough though. KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply, we love our teachers and your child will, too.
Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!
A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH
An Artist's Heart
"My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.
We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We're so proud to have been named one of Gallup's 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award. When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience an amazing place to learn and grow.
Don't take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!
Many parents are hesitant about leaving there children in the care of others. At Kindercare you do not have to worry. The center staff is truly amazing. They are always pleasant, helpful, understanding but most of all caring. The teachers will ensure your child is very well cared for. My daughter loves all of her teachers and has become more advanced then children her age, all thanks to Kindercare. You will be sad when Kindercare is no longer a part of your child's day! I recommend this center to all!”
Vanessa - KinderCare Parent
We got introduced to this center by our family friend. We were very hesitant to send my kids to the daycare due to the different stories you hear in the news. But as soon as we reached the center, the staff were very welcoming and made sure we felt really comfortable with the teachers at our first meet. From then, both of our kids are going to this day care center and I have no worries when I have them here.
Be it any teacher Ms. Kristyn, Ms. Sue, Ms. Suloina, Ms. Beth, Ms. Jackie and the list goes on, all of them are very kid friendly. When my elder son started the daycare at this center, he was getting a speech theraphy as we were multi-lingual and we could see a huge improvement as the teachers helped him a lot throughout his learning curve.
If given a choice, i would keep writing about all the best things they offer. But to keep it short, if you are looking for a center where your kid will be safe, happy and to learn new things, this should be where they should go.”
Nithiya - KinderCare Parent
My son has attended KinderCare since he was 5 months old and is now 4. The teachers have always been so kind and caring. The Director and staff are very personable and helpful when I call or approach with questions. My son enjoys the Sports program, which is one of the many extra activities this school offers. He has learned so much over the years since the curriculum is excellent! I love that they use a catering company and my son’s breakfast, lunch, and snack are included in the tuition. Another bonus that I really enjoy is that the center uses an app telling about the child’s daily activities and includes pictures/videos from the day. I love this feature since it gives me a glimpse into my son’s day. I know when I drop my son off at KinderCare he is in good hands and that gives me peace of mind.”
Christine R. - KinderCare Parent
My son has been attending school here at KinderCare Franklin Lakes since he was 4 months old, he is now 3. From day one, KinderCare became a TRUE partner in my parenting goals with my son. There are so many great things I can say about the staff and the school. To name a few: my son is an allergic child and they have and continue to be 100% supportive and understanding of the additional needs and attention to care/detail that he needs. They allowed me to come there as much as I wanted unannounced during the day to feed him or visit (for my own sanity as a new mom) and were never annoyed. They have asked for suggestions on how to do things better and have implemented my feedback. They care, they listen, they love, and most importantly, while I work all day, they allow me to do that carefree; knowing that my pride and joy in the best possible place with loving people who are doing for him what I would be doing if I was there. The only suggestion I could have is to invest in the longevity of the existing teachers and skill-sets of the new coming teachers. This school creates extremely smart, playful, happy, well rounded children who love to learn.”
Tracy S. - KinderCare Parent
My daughter has been at this school since she was an infant and we absolutely love the staff and teachers. They are warm, friendly and genuinely care about the families and children they support. We love being a part of this school and would highly recommend to other families.”
Christina M. - KinderCare Parent
My daughter has been going to KinderCare at Franklin Lakes, NJ since she was 5 months old and she is now 3. We are very happy with the quality of service they provide at this facility. They give utmost importance to hygiene and ensure that the center is cleaned every day. All the toys that the children use are cleaned and sanitized. The teachers pay attention to the children and promote healthy age appropriate habits like maintaining personal hygiene, putting toys away, cleaning up after themselves and doing little things independently.
They have a good learning curriculum which is published at the beginning of the month and is followed strictly. They plan the entire day and the kids get to do various fun activities and learn at the same time. My daughter has learnt so many things like the letters of the alphabet, numbers, identifying their names, telling the weather, days of the week, telling the time and the list is endless.
They post the menu for each day of the month at the beginning of the month and ensure that any special dietary requirements the children have are met (my kid is on a meat free diet and they have good choices).
All the teachers my daughter has had (Ms Carolyn, Ms Suilona, Ms Tracee, Ms Asia) are exceptional. They always provide a detailed update of how my daughter’s day has been. They also set time aside to personally discuss my daughter’s progress and potentials. The center is very well managed and the communication is very prompt. Ms Sue, Ms Kristyn and Ms Sandy are always available to help us and answer any other questions we may have.”
N. B. - KinderCare Parent
I cannot say enough good things about this center. They have done such an incredible job with our boys. Our kids have been attending KinderCare since 2013. It has been the perfect environment for them. The teachers and other staff treat them well, and partner with us to address all of their social and developmental needs. The facility is very well laid out and provides more than adequate space for the children to play (even in inclement weather). The center has 2 outdoor playgrounds and a large gym for indoor play, parties, recitals, etc.
It is hard enough to go to work each day and leave your kids with someone. KinderCare takes away that worry and replaces it with the knowledge that our kids are in a safe, nurturing and educational environment, surrounded by staff who love them. It has been a wonderful journey, not only to our boys, but as their parents we look forward to seeing our kids walk into the classroom and see their faces light with excitement and joy. Each teacher is very unique and their dedication and loving nature allow the boys to learn and prepare to advance in their academics in the years to come.”
Kim A. - KinderCare Parent
I send my daughter to KinderCare at Parsons Pond. My son has been there until his kindergarten. As a working mom, I wanted a spacious daycare because my kids have to be in the daycare from morning till evening. I was happy to find this place because it's huge and high-ceiling and has a big indoor gym, as well as two outside playgrounds. I feel safe there because the place is where there is no traffic (at the park inside of a corporation) and everything is clean. It's run by KinderCare so the staff are well trained and work with rules and policies. So, if there's any accident, its handled well.”
Anna H. - KinderCare Parent
I am Aarav's mom from Discovery Preschool, I would like to give my feed back about the daycare which I was trying to find some time for long. Finally the day has come and got some time I thought of sharing my experience with you guys.
This is the daycare that I have come to love so much when dealing with finding quality care for my kid. You take such amazing care of our son as promised. It has been a great, safe, fun and educational environment for him. My son could get into a good routine. Your attention to details and suggestions are beyond what we could have hoped for. Here, the children are encouraged to be independent and learn to feed themselves.
The kids have room to run around and play pretend which is so important for their development. The teachers here are very well trained in making sure the kids are safe and they take the responsibility for the development, nutrition and education. You provide a clean and safe environment.
I also enjoyed receiving the pictures and daily routine updates of my son on daily basis. Overall I am glad that my son is surrounded by love and is brought up in such a positive and fun environment. I am so happy that I ultimately chose this daycare as our primary childcare provider outside of them home. We couldn’t have picked better providers and protectors for our son.”
Deepthi - KinderCare Parent
As a new mom, the hardest decisions to make were would I put my infant daughter in daycare and which daycare would I choose? KinderCare at Franklin Lakes came highly recommended from a family member and upon visiting the center, I knew why. From the moment I walked in to tour the facility (still very pregnant at the time!), it immediately felt different from some of the others I had been to. It was spacious, bright, clean, organized and clearly under control. Every room I passed exhibited a nurturing, educational environment, even at the infant level. I chose to send my 3 month old to KinderCare and 3 years later, my daughter still attends the center, and continues to excel. To us, we don’t go to daycare, we go to “school”. She has built self-confidence and has achieved levels of developmental growth I absolutely attribute to the programs she is exposed to every day. She’s excited participate and truly enjoys to learn. I owe that to KinderCare.”
Jennifer U. - KinderCare Parent
KinderCare is more than just a daycare. It is more like a school for early childhood education. Both of my children have learned so much every day. As a parent, I could not be happier with the care that my children receive. I can tell the teachers genuinely care about my children by the way they celebrate their milestones and are just as excited as I am when they achieve a goal they are working towards. My older son is now graduated from the school and I feel had a smooth transition into kindergarten thanks to KinderCare. He was prepared both academically and socially for kindergarten. I have always felt confident both of my children are learning and loved while I am working.”
Kristyn L. - KinderCare Parent
As a first time mother, going back to work after maternity leave was a very difficult process for me. The teachers and staff at the Child Development Center helped to make the transition as smooth as possible. The teachers in the infant room went above and beyond and worked with us to help create a routine/schedule that worked for our family. I felt reassured that my daughter was receiving the best care and all her needs were met while she was at school. One of my favorite things is the pictures and videos sent throughout the day to see what the activities the children are up to. The Center is warm and welcoming, the staff is always available to answer any questions, and they work hard to provide a wonderful environment for our children to learn and grow in.”
Lauren L. - KinderCare Parent
I highly recommend KinderCare to anyone looking for a child development center. I like the app that they have that will send you updates including pictures and videos throughout the day, it also will give you a daily summary of your child's day which I find helpful. All of the staff is super friendly and seem to genuinely care about the children.”
Steven - KinderCare Parent
Last year I was nervous about switching day care providers for my one year old daughter. I quickly realized I made the right decision. The teachers at KinderCare are very caring and accommodating to my child's specific needs. From food restrictions to sleep schedule, the teachers listened attentively to provide the best care. Now that my daughter is older, she has learned so much from being in this program. The teachers continue to delivery excellent communication and always have daily activities that help the children grow. It's a great feeling knowing that when I bring my daughter to school in the morning, she's always excited about her day.”
Patti - KinderCare Parent
Our family has been a part of the KinderCare community for about 3.5 years. Our children have grown in leaps and bounds both socially and academically. The staff at the center have a genuine care for the children's well-being and will do anything for them. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend the center to anyone!”
Jason U. - KinderCare Parent
Let me start by saying that I'm the parent that doesn't trust anyone with her kids. For months I looked into finding a place I felt was safe for my son to attend. From the moment I went KinderCare I felt at ease. Sue was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. My son has been there for over a year and he loves it. I have gone at different times to pick him up and I have never heard anyone yelling at the children which was one of my concerns. They have a policy that no one is allowed to hit the children in the premises. Let me reiterate that I love that. If my son isn't feeling well or happens to get hurt while in school they call me and inform me. I know that my son is in good hands. And when the time comes there's no doubt in my mind that my daughter will be attending as well.”
Davlene N. - KinderCare Parent
We have been a part of the KinderCare family for over 2 years. Our daughter (4) has grown so much academically and socially. Our son (2) has just begun in the toddlers class. The facility is always safe and clean and the classrooms are fun and engaging. They prepare healthy and well rounded meals that have encouraged good eating habits. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very attentive to all concerns. My daughter loves all her teachers, past and present. Great group of engaged parents too! We're grateful for the convenience and the value.”
