The teachers and staff at Kensington Kindercare are passionate about education and nurturing the growth of the whole child. All of our teachers have received education and training in early childhood. The KinderCare team also participates in semi-annual professional development training and continuing education courses and seminars. We are dedicated to teaching and making a difference in the lives of our children.
"We only get one chance in life to be good parents, role models, and mentors. I cherish each day that I can make a difference in the life of a child."
Carolann is extremely grateful to be part of the KinderCare family. She enjoys her job as Center Director as it allows her to use both her business and educational training each and every day. She believes that the best part of everyday is being able to share in the lives of her students and their families.
Carolann was a teacher in Elementary Education for nine years, and an Assistant Vice President in Banking prior to teaching.
"It brings me great pride and joy to witness the growth of the children in my care every day."
Jennifer is thrilled to be the Assistant Director at the Kensington KinderCare, and looks forward to seeing the smiling faces of all of the students each day. She enjoys working with the families and children to meet their individual needs.
Jennifer was an Infant and Toddler Classroom teacher with KinderCare in Palatine for one and a half years. Prior to that, Jennifer was a lead preschool teacher in a Montessori school.
Ms. Kay loves to see the smiles and joy from the children everyday. Being able to teach a child something new and have fun at the same time is the most rewarding part for her. To teach a child something, and know that they will know that for the rest of their lives, is such a great feeling for Ms. Kay.
Ms. Lupe enjoys watching the children grow everyday and always looks for the teachable moments to enhance the children's learning. The most rewarding part for Ms. Lupe is when they learn something new and how proud they get. There is such a twinkle in a young child's eyes when they are learning something new in her preschool classroom, everything is so interesting to them.
Ms. Stacey enjoys having the opportunity to make an impact on the children's lives everyday. The most rewarding part for her is just being around them. Stacey believes that their imagination and wonders of this world are amazing. She is proud to watch the children's growth during the school year.
