Jackie has been with KinderCare since May 2001. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education. Soon after starting with KinderCare, she had the desire to be in management. In 2003, Jackie transferred to one of the Palatine locations as the Assistant Director and then in May of 2005 she became the Center Director at Arlington Heights. She loves seeing the children daily and watching them grow and develop. Jackie's goal as the Center Director is to create a partnership with each and every family, provide quality curriculum, and ensure that you receive exceptional service. It is truly a pleasure to serve all of the families and children.
Jackie has previous experience as an Assistant Director, School Age teacher and camp lead.

Alissa has been with KinderCare since January 1995. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from Central College in Pella, IA. She has her Elementary Education Degree with Early Childhood credentials. Alissa later moved up as the Assistant Director and then to Director at that location. In August of 2005, she transferred to the Mundelein location as the Private Kindergarten teacher for a year. Alissa then stepped back up into management as the Director of the Mundelein location. When she returned from maternity leave in September 2010, she became the Director in Training at the Arlington Heights location. Alissa's goal is to provide strong communication, trust and a safe and healthy learning environment for the children.

Ms. Aimee has been with KinderCare since Aug. 2010. She enjoys teaching because of all the excitement children bring to every new experience!
My name is Nicole. I have been working for KinderCare since June of 2012. Previously I worked at a private preschool in Wilmette for the toddler and preschool programs. Currently, I am working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education. I love working with children and am fascinated by their growth and development! I love knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of the children that I work with!
She has been working with children since 2001. She started with us in 2001 and for 5 years during this time she has also worked as a nanny. She has completed her CDA in the infant and toddler program. Miss Ashlie lives in Waucanda with her husband, Erik and her son, Dawson. She looks forward to working with you and your children.
Kathie has worked for KinderCare since 2000, but has been working with young children since 1998. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working toward her Bachelor’s Degree. Kathie lives in Niles along with her husband, Mike and son, Logan. She also had two older children, Tad and Heather. Kathie spends most of her free time as a hockey mom and she enjoys singing in her church choir.
Ms. Irene has been with KinderCare since November 2006. She was very excited to have received the Pride Award in February 2007. Ms. Irene truly enjoys every moment with children daily. She prides herself on giving them the best love, care, and education in a safe, healthy, and loving environment.

Ms. Mina has been working for KinderCare since November 1999. Most of that time she worked with the Preschool and Prekindergarten classrooms. She has a nursing degree from Iran and also experience working as a school nurse. When Ms. Mina moved to the United States, she took early childhood classes at Harper. She currently lives in Buffalo Grove with her son and daughter.
Miss Kathleen has been teaching here since August 2012. She currently teachers preschool in the morning at the Buffalo Grove Park District since 2006. She loves teaching children. She lives with her son, Michael in Arlington Heights.
Ms. Lupe has been with KinderCare since 1995. She has worked with children of all ages for over 25 years and she loves her job. Ms. Lupe received the Pride Award in February 2009. She finds it fulfilling and rewarding working with children, knowing she made a difference in a child’s life!
Tina has been working for KinderCare since 1997. She has worked as a teacher in all ages and also part of management since 2002. She has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. During the summer months Tina runsthe School Age Summer Camp program. Tina currently is our private kindergarten teacher. She loves seeing the excitement in a child’s eye when they have learned something new.
Gladys has been working for KinderCare since March of 2003. During the school year she works with behavioral children at Minor School in Arlington Heights and is at KinderCare part time. During the summer months Gladys helps to run the School-age camp alongside Tina. The most rewarding part for her is when the children have learned something new and have accomplished the goals that she has set for them.
