Hallie Neibauer, Center Director

Bio:

After many years teaching in private preschools and Fairfax County, Hallie decided to follow her children to work. She has two young boys enrolled at KinderCare, who learn and play each day. Their academic and social growth mixed with their constant enthusiasm brought Hallie back to her early childhood roots, and now allows her to use her coaching and classroom experience to have fun at work each day. Hallie loves being a director because it allows her to utilize an amazing combination of the facilitation, training, teaching, and nurturing skills she has acquired over her career.

Previous Experience:

Before becoming a Center Director, Hall was a Toddler Teacher for one year, a Preschool Teacher for one year, a Fairfax County Public Schools classroom teacher for Kindergarten to Second Grade for 12 years, and an Instructional Coach for one year.

Michelle Mitchell, Assistant Director

Bio:

Michelle began her KinderCare career in October 1999 as a Prekindergarten teacher and moved to management soon after. She has been at the Springfield KinderCare ever since and truly thinks of it as a second home and family.

Previous Experience:

In addition to being a classroom teacher for KinderCare for three and an assistant director for over seven years, Michelle also worked in childcare for 10 years on an Army base.
