Here at KinderCare Santa Clara, we are excited to announce that we are now working towards NAEYC accreditation! We are thrilled to be starting this process and to continue to provide the best possible care for each and every child.
We are happy to boast a high average tenure of teachers. Our longest term teacher, Ms. Guitar, has been here over 19 years! Many of our staff have a degree in Early Childhood Education. Our teachers have a true love of learning and a passion for working with children.
Stacy O'Leary, Center Director
Bio:
Stacy has a long and happy history with KinderCare. She started as an Infant teacher, then moved to Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, Assistant Director, and finally Director at KinderCare Santa Clara. Over the years, she has worked with hundreds of children of every age and developmental level. This experience has given her an appreciation of different needs of each age group.
Stacy is a Bay Area native, and loves living in California! She has a little boy, who has attended KinderCare since he was just eight weeks old. Stacy enjoys traveling, reading, sewing, and messy art projects with her son!

Lora Almond, Assistant Director
Bio:
Lora has lived in the Bay Area her whole life. She moved to Portland for two years and got to experience working at a KinderCare while there. Lora just recently got married and spent her honeymoon in Maui. In her free time, Lora enjoys cooking, watching movies, and playing board games with her family.

Ms. Areli, Infant Classroom
Bio:
Ms. Areli has worked with multiple age groups and has experience with the NAEYC accreditation process. She is looking forward to sharing that experience with her co-teachers and families.
