We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited–nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference, and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

Our kids are taking off!

By kindergarten, our kids are testing ahead of their peers. Read all about it.

Many of our child care centers are accredited by national organizations that require us to meet rigorous early childhood education standards and guidelines for high-quality care and education. Programs that are accredited have demonstrated their commitment to go beyond the state’s minimum licensing requirements to meet and maintain these high standards of quality.

Our Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks - 1 year)

Babies grow and learn every day. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing "home away from home" where babies can explore and make new discoveries. We know that learning through play is extremely valuable at this age and our Early Foundations® Infant program is designed to give babies the skills that will serve as the building blocks for a lifetime of learning.

Toddler Programs (1 – 2 Years)

As toddlers develop friendships, self-esteem, and curiosity, our Early Foundations® Toddler program will help them explore their world in a safe and nurturing environment. Our unique curriculum is based on the philosophy that children learn best through experiences. So each day is filled with fun activities that excite and develop toddlers, giving them the comfort and confidence to speak those first few important words, as well as make their first friends.

Preschool Programs (3 – 4 Years)

As preschoolers gain more self-esteem, they may feel ready to take on the world. Our Early Foundations® Preschool program enhances that confidence by providing activities to help children become problem solvers and lifelong learners. Through independent exploration, structured activities, and hands-on learning, children will work on early literacy, math, science, and social studies concepts. A healthy dose of running, jumping, and dancing keeps them active too.

Prekindergarten Programs (4 – 5 Years)

Prekindergartners are preparing for the adventure of a lifetime – school. And our Early Foundations Prekindergarten® program is designed to get them ready by teaching letters and words, math concepts, and valuable social skills. With small group instruction, independent play in an organized atmosphere, and whole-group activities, children will have all the right skills to hop, skip, and jump right into kindergarten.

Before- & After-School Programs (5 – 12 Years)

Even after school's out for the day, children need to be engaged in a comfortable, yet stimulating environment. That's where our Catch the Wave® program comes in. This innovative before – and after-school program allows school-age children to balance learning and fun through a variety of experiences. From homework help to fun physical activities, our program is designed so that everyone goes home happy.

Summer Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)

Don’t miss out on KinderCare’s Summer of Wonder: Six themed programs that will make summer exciting, educational and tons of fun. Whether your child is in our preschool, Pre-K or school-age programs, all of it is designed to help children learn while soaking up the fun. We offer flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of busy families like yours so we hope to see you there.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare has partnered with Child Care Aware® of America in an effort to offer fee assistance for Active Duty military families and solutions to their child care needs when care at a Child Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures - Enrichment Program

The Math Adventures enrichment program is designed to teach important mathematics concepts such as geometry, numbers, measurement, and probability. Your child will learn about length, height, and weight. He will learn about shapes and solids. He will learn how to add, subtract, multiply, and count money. Math is everywhere and giving your child every advantage now will add up to success later in life.

Phonics & Reading Adventures

Set your child up for advanced success with literacy through phonics, the study of letters and sounds. Reader books, games, and activity cards help your child understand the basics of vowels and blending syllables, giving him confidence and command of language.

Teachers & Staff

We’d love you to join our family and welcome you to meet our amazing teachers!

I enjoy coming to work each day and witnessing all of the great things that go on at KinderCare. Seeing all of the children learn and grow each day is so rewarding. As a parent of an infant, I can say from experience that our teachers and our programming are exceptional and I am honored to be a part of this team.

Amanda has been working in childcare for the past ten years. She started her career at KinderCare as an Older Toddler teacher for two-and-a-half years. She then moved on and worked as a nanny for three years and just recently ran her own in-home daycare for three years. She decided to return back to KinderCare in a management position as an Assistant Center Director to do what she loves best: be a part of the action amongst all age groups, as well as working to create a relationship with each family. Currently, she is a full-time mom and wife who spends all of her free time with her family.

April's Learning Focus

Children 6 weeks to 3 years old: Growing Gardens

What better time to explore the beauty and science of flowers and gardens than the spring? Infants’ learning will focus on sensory experiences with different plants and flowers, while toddlers and three-year-olds have the opportunity to learn how to care for plants. We’ll plant seeds in soil, water the plants, observe bugs and discover how they help plants grow, and even plant a butterfly garden outside! We’ll build math skills by counting seeds, learn new vocabulary words related to flowers and plants, and as always, sing songs and read books involving gardens.

Children 4–5 years old: In the Spring + Wild Animals

For children in the Preschool and Transitional Kindergarten Classrooms, April is about exploring all things spring and discovering wild animals! Preschoolers will look for signs of spring outdoors, make mud cakes and count the twigs placed in them, and paint still-life paintings of things related to spring. When our learning turns to wild animals, we’ll learn about the habitats and habits of creatures big and small while maintaining a focus on learning lowercase letters.

The older children in Transitional Kindergarten will focus on project-related work and pick something to work on together. In years past, children have painted a mural, made spring parade floats, painted wild animal masks, and created a model of a wild animal’s habitat. Both of these units focus on expanding the children’s understanding of the natural world around them.

Our company, as well as our center, prides itself on having a safe environment for your children. We provide annual trainings for our staff in a variety of current safety protocols to ensure everyone is as up to date as possible. Each of our teachers are certified in CPR and First Aid and our building is security locked from the inside with only keypad access at the front door and monitored 24-hours a day. Ensuring the safety of your children is our first priority, and we take it very seriously.

At KinderCare, what families say about us means a lot. Read below some of the great experiences our families have had with us.

If you have a story about your experience at KinderCare, please share your story with us.

This is the first time I have ever put any of my children in any kind of daycare center. My son started at KinderCare when he was just two and a half years old. He was used to being at home with his mom and family and really never was around kids his age. Needless to say when we started it was a tough road. He went three days a week and each day was a struggle not only for him but for me as well. After a few months his schedule changed to two days a week and he was no better. I knew he was getting love and attention and eventually he would learn to love it but it was not easy. After about four months we decided to move him up to full-time care. It was the best decision we ever could have made. We would all love to stay home with our children until they are ready to go to school but if you need an alternative KinderCare is the BEST option. Once my son started going five days a week things started to get better. He started walking into school by himself, he wanted to open the doors, and etc. He even came home singing songs. He had all kinds of wonderful artwork and most of all he had wonderful stories of all the fun he had with his friends and teachers. We aren't the typical family as it took almost nine months for our full transition but now, after the time that has passed, I am so glad we stuck with the program. The Center Director is so kind and genuinely concerned not only about my child but about how I was doing too.  Not only that but she would routinely check in with me during the day and send me pictures! It was so nice to see my son smiling and having fun. Seeing photos of the staff holding and playing with him really helped to get me through the day. I am so thankful for KinderCare and their staff. This has been the most incredible experience ever! If you are looking for a wonderful, loving, kind, structured and kid-focused program for your child this is the place to be. From infancy to school age this is the best place for your child to learn and grow.

- Mother

Our daughter started in the Infant room at 12 weeks old and is now in the Pre-school room at 3 years old. We love KinderCare’s Staff as they feel like an extended family. We believe KinderCare is a safe and secure environment for our daughter. We also enjoy having Flexible Scheduling and Open and honest Communication. We feel that our daughter has learned so much at the age of 3.

- Parent

We have really felt blessed to be able to bring our daughter to KinderCare. She started when she was less than nine weeks old and I remember feeling so nervous. That feeling immediately disappeared with seeing how safe she was there. We would receive numerous pictures which really helped to know she was doing great. We felt trust with the teachers instantly. It has been a great home away from home for our little daughter. She will soon be transitioning into the Toddler Classroom and I know she will do great. We will miss the infant teachers, but we also know that she will be in contact with them while she moves into her new room. We treasure KinderCare as she has learned so much and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you teachers for everything you do! We feel so fortunate to have you in our daughter's life!

- Parents

While I was in the Toddler room today I noticed a lot of great things. First, there was a strong sense of routine with the Toddlers. Ms. Kari and Ms. Christine seem to have a nice flow going with activities. This was also apparent with transitions. Some awesome things that they are doing is getting the kiddos in snow pants and boots before group time so that they can easily transition to outside after group. Also, I loved that Ms. Christine occupied the kids that took off outside gear with bubbles as they transitioned inside. Second, I noticed a strong sense of relationship building. For instance, Ms. Kari said that Harper was her "shoe helper" and Harper responded by proudly putting shoes away in the closet. You could tell that the teachers really knew the kids and used positivity to promote good behavior. Finally, there were a lot of enhancements on the walls and on shelves. I know that this classroom can be particularly difficult to enhance (what with kids ripping things down and eating it and so on) but, there were many examples of additional new things. I love that there was a shape matching game that the kids could use.  Sorry for the novel. I was just really impressed and wanted to share. Also, just a general thank you to all of you for helping raise my kids. In an environment where it's easy to nit pick the things that aren't working (I'm totally at fault on this one), I can easily say that my kids would not be the people they are without the Ramsey KinderCare staff. You are all truly to thank.
