At KinderCare Learning Center in Middletown, we hire only nurturing people with a passion for early childhood education. Then we build on that enthusiasm by investing in their training and continuing education. All lead teachers have a college degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and all staff members participate in 25 hours of specialized training throughout the school year. Teachers here are truly experts in the field of Early Childhood Education, and it shows daily through their classrooms and interactions with their students and families.

She has been with KinderCare since 2006 and she will be receiving her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education Administration in June of 2014.

Ms. Tisha has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for 10 years, and has been a part of the teaching team at KinderCare for the past two years. Ms. Tisha feels that early childhood is one of the most important times in a child’s life, and she loves to be a part of their development and learning experiences. Every day Ms. Tisha is inspired to come to work because there is nothing more rewarding in life than seeing happiness and pride on a child’s face when they have accomplished something new. When Ms. Tisha is not at our school, she enjoys spending time with her two young boys and enjoys watching football games with her family.
""I love my job because I get to develop positive relationships with children and their families and am able to provide a postive influence in my student's lives.""

Ms. Stacey lives in Middletown with her husband of 15 years and her 4 cats.
Ms. Melissa has been a part of the teaching team at KinderCare for 24 years. Her love for children is what keeps her going. Ms. Melissa loves their hugs, their smiles, and the ability to watch them grow from day to day. Her passion for education is reignited each time she sees a child's eyes light up when they have learned something for the first time.
