I hereby authorize KinderCare Learning Companies and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, "KCE") to use the comments as provided by myself ("Comments") on the KinderCare Learning Centers website for marketing and promotional purposes in any manner or media whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any website, promotional materials or brochures, newspaper advertising, email advertising, direct mail advertising, etc.
Further, I hereby agree that KCE may use my name, city, and state of residence ("Information") in connection with the reproduction of the Comments, in their entirety or in parts thereof, for marketing and promotional purposes.
In connection herewith, I also agree that I shall not have any claim for compensation arising out of the use by KCE of my Comments or Information.
