Woodland Drive KinderCare

As the great grandparents of a very bright and active four year old little boy, we were at our wits end trying to find a good preschool fit for him. Hayden was at another well-known facility for over two years, but it was clear that was no longer working for him or us. My husband found KinderCare close to where we both work. It has turned out to be the best decision for our family. The first two weeks were admittedly rough, but the staff worked with us and made us feel we had made the right decision to bring our toddler here. He affectionately became known as the traveling baby boy to the staff. He would start off in Miss Keana’s room first thing each morning , where she would patiently work with him and then he would progress down the hallway as the day went on. KinderCare did everything to accommodate him and us, right down to his food allergies. He gets Phonics lessons from Miss Fannie, and music class from Miss Neida. A lot of love and attention comes from Miss Tyaisha. He finally has landed in Miss Crystal’s room. He is learning Spanish. He no longer ” travels” as much. He has also been able to start Crouching Tigers again. Hayden has learned so much in just a few short weeks. He truly enjoys going to school again! This is a collaboration, between family and KinderCare. We are so very grateful that, KinderCare staff, have our best interests at heart. We don’t have to worry about him at school. We know they will call if anything major comes up. The center is full of activity and life. We love it! It is truly a great value at a fair price.

Since I transferred my three-year-old and my 11-month-old children to KinderCare, I have noticed a transformation in them both.  My three-year-old had a bad experience at his previous daycare.  Ms. Casey and Ms. Judeia helped him to break out of his shell.  He comes home everyday excited to tell me what he has learned.  They were both very helpful with potty trainging, and after a couple of weeks he was completely potty trained and I am so grateful.  My daughter's teachers , Ms. Amber and Ms. LaToya are absolutetly wonderful.  My daughter is well taken care of .  The way both teachers handle the babies, it's like their taking care of their own children.  The office staff is what drew me in.  Ms. Tyaisha the center director, Ms. Cynthia the assistand and Ms. Fannie the Program Specialist made this particular Center feel like home.  They stay on top of thing and don’t miss a beat when it comes to the kids.

I love kindercare, I recently moved further out but refuse to change daycares because my I definitely give them an A+.
 

I have been the proud mother of KinderCare pupils since July 2011. At that time, my three children ranged in age from six months to five years. I have been with this center since then, and would never consider taking my children anywhere else. Moreover, I have expanded my family, and my new infant son attends as well. I was first drawn to the center for its convenient location.  I intended for my children to go to the Intech Blvd location; however, I was drawn to this facility for its friendlier staff (especially its director Ms. Powell). I felt right at home from the beginning. I LOVE all staff members, but Ms. Gloria, Mona, Paula, Neda, Fannie, and Cherrie are like members of my extended family. Everyone goes above and beyond the company standard of care, and my children love their teachers even more than I do.

I want to say THANK YOU to all those involved in my children's care.  I know it takes a village to raise a child, and I am assured by the fact that the Woodland Drive KinderCare is apart of my family's village.

The KinderCare on 71^st and Woodland has been such a blessing to us. I honestly wish my son started to go here yeas ago. The staff and his Prekindergarten B teacher have treated him with so much love. They really pay attention to the kids and I can call at any time and see how my child is doing. I feel safe and comfortable with him there. It's been a blessing!

KinderCare has been such a blessing to me and my family. They allow the children to express themselves in a positive way, and allow the teachers to be teachers and parents to be parents. Whatever concerns I have are always taken into consideration, and we put our heads together to make the best decisions for my child. Not too many places are willing to take the time to know each individual child. They do this because they realize that no two children are the same and promote individualism as well as leadership skills at an early age.

My son Parrish has been a student for your 5 year class for about a month and he has learned so much already. He loves it here and he never wants to go home. I feel extremely comfortable with him in your care. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to thank you so much for everything you’ve done to help not only Isabella, but also my family as a whole!  I’ve noticed so much in the last few weeks from Izzy attending your KinderCare.  She’s opened up, she’s potty training better, she is learning so many new things, I can’t believe it!  Even her use of the English language has grown drastically.  She’s speaking in complete sentences (as much as a 2 ½ year old can at least!).  She’s verbalizing more than she ever has before!

As someone who suffers from an anxiety disorder, I feel 100% at ease with leaving Izzy in your loving care.  You’ve been so helpful in reassuring me that she’s doing okay (including giving me hugs when I dropped her off and she begged me not to go!).  I cannot imagine ever finding a more compassionate, loving, and devoted daycare for my daughter.
