Many of our child care centers are accredited by national organizations that require us to meet rigorous early childhood education standards and guidelines for high-quality care and education. Programs that are accredited have demonstrated their commitment to go beyond the state’s minimum licensing requirements to meet and maintain these high standards of quality.
Babies grow and learn every day. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing "home away from home" where babies can explore and make new discoveries. We know that learning through play is extremely valuable at this age and our Early Foundations® Infant program is designed to give babies the skills that will serve as the building blocks for a lifetime of learning.
As toddlers develop friendships, self-esteem, and curiosity, our Early Foundations® Toddler program will help them explore their world in a safe and nurturing environment. Our unique curriculum is based on the philosophy that children learn best through experiences. So each day is filled with fun activities that excite and develop toddlers, giving them the comfort and confidence to speak those first few important words, as well as make their first friends.
At this age, children are making new discoveries daily. And as two-year olds begin to exert their independence, our Early Foundations® Discovery Preschool program is prepared to open their eyes to a world of learning, sharing, and exploring. Our holistic approach in the classroom engages young minds with a blend of music, art, and movement, as well as the early education fundamentals they'll need as they continue on to preschool.
As preschoolers gain more self-esteem, they may feel ready to take on the world. Our Early Foundations® Preschool program enhances that confidence by providing activities to help children become problem solvers and lifelong learners. Through independent exploration, structured activities, and hands-on learning, children will work on early literacy, math, science, and social studies concepts. A healthy dose of running, jumping, and dancing keeps them active too.
Prekindergartners are preparing for the adventure of a lifetime – school. And our Early Foundations Prekindergarten® program is designed to get them ready by teaching letters and words, math concepts, and valuable social skills. With small group instruction, independent play in an organized atmosphere, and whole-group activities, children will have all the right skills to hop, skip, and jump right into kindergarten.
Even after school's out for the day, children need to be engaged in a comfortable, yet stimulating environment. That's where our Catch the Wave® program comes in. This innovative before – and after-school program allows school-age children to balance learning and fun through a variety of experiences. From homework help to fun physical activities, our program is designed so that everyone goes home happy.
Don’t miss out on KinderCare’s Summer of Wonder: Six themed programs that will make summer exciting, educational and tons of fun. Whether your child is in our preschool, Pre-K or school-age programs, all of it is designed to help children learn while soaking up the fun. We offer flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of busy families like yours so we hope to see you there.
KinderCare has partnered with Child Care Aware® of America in an effort to offer fee assistance for Active Duty military families and solutions to their child care needs when care at a Child Development Center on the installation is not available.
The Cooking Adventures program gives children opportunities to participate in fun, developmentally appropriate cooking experiences. They will learn about recipes, ingredients, cooking vocabulary, and the importance of a healthy diet. The curriculum includes lessons on picnics, pizza, and heart-healthy meals.
The Math Adventures enrichment program is designed to teach important mathematics concepts such as geometry, numbers, measurement, and probability. Your child will learn about length, height, and weight. He will learn about shapes and solids. He will learn how to add, subtract, multiply, and count money. Math is everywhere and giving your child every advantage now will add up to success later in life.
Ongoing research proves that early exposure to music helps children think, reason, create, and express themselves. Children will laugh and learn about rhythm, vocal melodies, and a variety of musical genres and instruments, which can lower stress and advance memory. Learning never sounded so good.
Set your child up for advanced success with literacy through phonics, the study of letters and sounds. Reader books, games, and activity cards help your child understand the basics of vowels and blending syllables, giving him confidence and command of language.

Working with children is such a blessing. I am very lucky to come to work every day and share very meaningful moments with the children in our program. As a Director, I believe in the importance of challenging and encouraging behaviors and interactions with the kids in our school.
Meg started with the company as an Assistant Director at the Southlake-Grapevine school in 2007. After a year as an Assistant Director, Meg was promoted to a School Director at a KinderCare in Bedford, Texas. During her time in Bedford, she worked towards and achieved national accreditation. In 2010 Meg came back to the Southlake-Grapevine school where she is currently. Upon returning, Meg has also achieved national accreditation at this school as well.
“I have always loved to be around children. They know how to make the day better. I love seeing children learn, play and explore in new ways. Coming to work every day and seeing all of their smiling faces brightens up my life.”

My goal is to gain and develop a trusting relationship with your infant. I will communicate and interact with your infant not only verbally but as well as singing songs, reading books, and telling them stories. I will encourage your child as they learn to roll, to crawl, stand and walk. I will meet your infant’s individual needs, and meet the needs of their rest and nutrition.
The greatest sign of success for a teacher is to be able to say 'The children are now working as if I did not exist!'" - Maria Montessori
My goal is to encourage your child to express individuality through artistic exploration and creativity. I will encourage the infants to explore different objects and materials in their classroom. Your child will learn to engage with others with verbal and non-verbal gestures. This will help build your infant’s association between sounds, objects and words. I will read, sing songs, and tell your infant stories to model conversational skills. As your child reaches each milestone I will be there to support them in each stage of their development. I will use blocks, and shape boards to strengthen motor skills as your child progresses. As your infant grows I will help them continue to improve mobility and coordination; and I will meet all of your infant’s individual needs for rest and nutrition. This will ensure that your infant will learn, be active, and enjoy the learning activities presented to them.
“Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does” – William James
My goal is to provide a safe, loving and fun learning environment for all of your infants. I do this by displaying each child’s progress, providing a stimulating and different theme enriched classroom each month and understanding their individual needs. We use our five senses and our bodies to explore our environment. Our infants see what they are learning on the walls and I believe this helps them to remember what they are learning and together we build on it to continue development. I take such pride in helping the infants grow, develop, and learn. I am so grateful to be trusted with your infants and for the trust you have put into myself and our infant team.
I love being a part of the development of my babies! I am inspired daily by the love that my babies give me!

I will meet your child’s individual needs for rest as nutrition. I appreciate you trusting me with your infant’s care and education.
My goal is to lay the foundation for your infant to develop their own unique personality and creativity. I will respond to your infant’s needs in a timely manner and I will help your infant learn to engage with others using facial expressions, body language, eye-contact, and by asking open-ended questions to elicit responses. I will provide materials for your infant to express individuality through exploration and creativity. Each day I will support imaginative play and encourage self- expression through movement and music. I will tell stories and sing songs to model conversation skills. I display family photos and use them daily to help promote self-awareness. I appreciate you trusting me with your infants care and education, and I am committed to providing a safe, loving and healthy environment for your infant each and every day.

Teaching young children is my passion. I love to watch the children’s faces light up when they are having that 'Oh, We Got It Moment'. It is the most amazing thing to experience. Each day I look forward to the big hugs, and sweet faces. I am inspired everyday to keep doing this job I love when I hear 'Ms. Michelle, Ms. Michelle! I love you!'
I am dedicated to helping your children grow and learn new things. We will learn by doing hands on activities and by building literacy. I will teach then to be self- sufficient by allowing them to learn to put their own clothes on and by encouraging them to help pass out plates, cups, and spoons at meal times. I will always keep their learning environment is happy and safe for them to learn, explore, and grow. We start each day together in circle time we go over our letters, numbers, days of the week, and even our months of the year. During the day allow your children to choose a learning center, and I also do small group activities with them and they receive one on one time with me. I do outdoor activities twice a day with your children to promote healthy bodies. I love the looks on the children’s faces when they learn something new. Preschool is a great age to teach, they are so excited and eager to learn many new things.
My goal is to instil a love for learning in your children. I will do this by responding to every child’s individual needs and helping them reach developmentally appropriate milestones. I will promote a sense of community by supporting and loving your children, and making this their home away from home. We will learn to build trusting relationships and how to communicate appropriately with their peers. I appreciate you trusting me with your child’s educational and developmental needs. I cannot wait to watch them grow and learn.
Working with children is my passion.
