Kristin started her KinderCare career in 2002 at this very center as a Toddler teacher over holiday breaks from college. When she graduated Northern Illinois University in 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development she returned as the Assistant Director of the North Schaumburg KinderCare and was there for 9 years. It was a hard choice for Kristin to leave her KinderCare home but she knew she wanted to pursue her goal of becoming a Center Director. When she returned back to the Wildflower center she knew it was meant to be and she could not be happier to be back at such a wonderful center supporting teachers to create an amazing and education rich environment for your child.
Kristin started her love of working with children with babysitting jobs, then at the age of 16 she started working in child care centers as a teacher and has worked her way up to Center Director.
