"My role as Center Director is to build a strong relationship with families to ensure that we can work together with the teachers to provide the best care and education for the children. Being able to gain the trust of families to care for and advocate for their children is very important in my career. I want my center to be a place where children will receive not only a quality education, but be able to feel at home while they are here."
Natalie began her journey with KinderCare in 2004, and has served in many roles at many locations in the area. She began as an assistant teacher in the discovery preschool classroom and was promoted to lead teacher in prekindergarten. Natalie has truly enjoyed the years she spent as a teacher in the classroom and in 2007, she was excited to bring that knowledge to another level when she became an Assistant Center Director. Between 2007 and 2013, Natalie worked alongside Center Directors learning and applying her knowledge, all while going to school. Natalie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She truly believes that early childhood education will create a strong foundation in each child that will create a lifelong love of learning!
Prior to joining the KinderCare family, Natalie worked for as an after school program coordinator and as a nanny.
