The minute you walk into our center you will see and feel the difference. Our dedicated staff and management is friendly and knowledgeable and strive to make your child’s experience a positive one. Ms. Irene started her career with KinderCare in August 1986 as the Preschool Teacher and soon became the Assistant Director. After a few years, she accepted the role as a Director. She has two children who also attended KinderCare from infancy through their school age years. She attributes their success in school to the quality of early childhood education that they received from KinderCare. When she is not working, Ms. Irene loves traveling and spending time with her family and their dog, Scooter.

Ms. Susan started her career with KinderCare in November 1992 as the Toddler Teacher and became the Assistant Director in 2001. She lives in Middletown with her husband and three children. Her children attended KinderCare as infants and are currently still attending for summer camp. In her spare time, Ms. Susan enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Ms. Leigh has previous experience working for two years at a Before and After School program.

Prior to joining KinderCare Ms. Kris worked for a family education center in Maryland for a few years.

Prior to joining KinderCare Ms. Aida worked at a Navy Child Care center for seven years.

Prior to joining KinderCare Ms. Carrie worked in a daycare center in Maryland for eight years. In her time there she worked in all age groups, however a large portion of her time was spent as a Toddler and Two-year-old classroom teacher. She also volunteered in intercity schools proctoring Kindergarten assessments.

Ms. Sarah recently graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Eucation. She joined KinderCare in May 2013 and has been assisting in the Preschool and School Age classrooms. Ms. Sarah enjoys working with children on their writing and literacy.
Prior to joining KinderCare Ms. Sarah student taught in a third grade inclusion class and a sixth grade reading enrichment classroom. She participated in a number of research studies on elementary writing curriculum in various elementary schools. She also volunteered at the College school and Early Learning Center to assist with their after school programs and tutoring.

Prior to joining KinderCare Ms. Tiana worked as an assistant teacher at Panda Early Education Center.
