The teachers at the Naperville KinderCare on Diehl road are dedicated to helping children learn and grow. They are passionate about children and educating them. Our teachers all meet the DCFS requirements for education, many of them have their Child Development Associate's Credential, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields. All teachers attend educational state required training twice a year as well as First Aid and CPR training. Our teachers strive for excellence and are very excited to watch your children learn and grow with us.

Michelle has previous experience working as a Lead Infant teacher, Program Specialist, Season Lead, Cook, Bus Driver, Health and Safety Coordinator and Learning Adventures teacher.

Aneta has over eleven years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field. She is currently working towards a Master's degree in special education. Aneta looks forward to working with your children to help them grow and develop.
Aneta has previous experience working as a Kindergarten teacher and a camp counselor.

Ms. Judy has worked for KinderCare since October of 2012. She has taught math to Kindergarten children that needed help learning number sense, as well as teaching phonics to students to improve their fluency. Ms. Judy has a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in International Finance and French.
Ms Judy spent thirteen years working as a paraprofessional with special needs children for District 204 prior to joining KinderCare.

Ms. Liliana lives in Aurora together with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending her free time reading books, watching cartoons and taking long nature walks. Ms. Liliana loves to work on massy art projects.
Before joining our Naperville KinderCare Ms. Liliana worked at a different learning center for one year. She also enjoys babysitting her friends’ children and volunteering at the local library.

Ms. Kara has been in the field for twelve years. She has experience with all ages. During this time she has completed the Child Development Associate's program, and is taking classes towards her degree. Ms. Kara is a strong supporter of the 'Safe to Sleep Act'. She also believes in a least restrictive environment for the infants in her care.
Before coming to our KinderCare Ms. Kara was the Lead Infant room teacher and Health and Safety Coordinator for a neighboring KinderCare. She worked at her previous center for eleven years.

Ms. Sarah has loved teaching children from an early age. She would teach her younger brother at age five. She has student taught and worked with many age groups and loved it! Ms. Sarah says that children are fun to be around and seeing them smile makes her day!
Prior to joining KinderCare Ms. Sarah worked as a nanny, student taught, and volunteered at her local church and an Autistic center.

Ms. Amanda joined KinderCare in March of 2014. She studied Family and Consumer Sciences in Family Services at Eastern Illinois University. She loves working with children of all ages.
Before coming to KinderCare Ms. Amanda worked as a childcare associate for nine years.

Ms. Ashley is currently attending Rasmussen College to pursue her Child Development Associate's Credential. She loves children and working with them every day is just a plus.
Ms. Ashley worked as a nanny for two years prior to joining KinderCare.

Mr. Rashaud has decided to become an early childhood teacher about six years ago. While helping out at his mother’s learning center a young girl ran up to him and said, ‘Thank you for teaching me something new.' From that moment Mr. Rashaud knew that teaching is his passion.
Prior to joining KinderCare Mr. Rashaud worked as a lead teacher at a different learning center as well as a resident dorm parent assistant at a preparatory school for children with learning disabilities.

Ms. Gianna is currently working on her Child Development Associate’s Credential at Rasmussen College. Education has always been her passion and she enjoys teaching. She loves children and working with them is the one thing that helps her wake up in the morning. Their smiling faces fuel her drive to teach.
Ms. Gianna has worked as a babysitter for the past eight years.

Ms. Ashley started at KinderCare in April of 2012. She took Early Childhood classes throughout high school and loved to babysit for friends and family. She always loves to make the dress up area in each classroom 'pop' so that the children enjoy themselves. Ms. Ashley enjoys working with children and they always come first.
Ms. Ashley has taken many classes that have allowed her to gain experience and find her true passion is teaching.

Ms. Damaris has been with KinderCare since 2001 and is the School Age teacher and bus driver. She loves working with children before and after school as well as being with them during the summer for field trips and special projects.
Ms. Damaris has been involved in the Early Education field for many years. Before coming to KinderCare she worked as a summer camp counselor in her community working with children ages 5-12.

Ms. Rebecca has been with KinderCare since April of 2009. She started out as an assistant teacher in the four year old children classroom. Ms. Rebecca received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with a minor in Health from Aurora University in 2008 and received her Child Development Associate's Credential from Rasmussen College. She loves working with children because there is never a dull moment and seeing them learn is a joy.
Ms. Rebecca has been babysitting since she was twelve years old and has worked at three other daycare centers since 2006 before starting at KinderCare in 2009.

Ms. Diana has been with KinderCare since September of 2005. She worked as the assistant teacher in the Infant room for five years and is currently the assistant teacher in the two-year-old Discovery Preschool class. Before working at KinderCare she worked at McDonald’s, Buona Beef and Clover’s Garden as a cashier. She loves working with children because it gives her a sense of accomplishment as she helps them discover the world around them.
Ms. Diana worked within the youth group at her church before joining our team.

Ms. Linda lives in Naperville with her husband and son, Anthony. She enjoys working with all the different age groups and loves coming to work every day, because it’s always a new adventure.
Before coming to KinderCare Ms. Linda worked for District 204 in Naperville.

Ms. Monya is a very compassionate, loving, caring, understanding and peaceful person. It makes her happy when she can put a smile on a child’s face and have the love to give back. She loves helping, teaching and caring for children beginning from infants to toddlers and older. Ms. Monya’s desire is to achieve her higher education and complete her studies in Early Childhood Education next year.
Ms. Monya worked at a Christian school as a teacher's assistant for six years before joining our Naperville KinderCare. She experienced working with children ages two to five years old. Ms. Monya enjoys teaching, helping and making a difference in every child’s life.

Ms. Sangeeta lives in Naperville with her family. She loves to travel, cook and listen to music with her eight-year-old daughter and husband.
Ms. Sangeeta worked as a private tutor in India as well as a playschool/daycare teacher.
