Jennifer McKeone, Center Director

Bio:

Jennifer has been a part of the KinderCare family since 2000. She started her KinderCare career in Palos Hills as a Preschool teacher, then joined the management team as a Center Trainer. After a wonderful experience at Palos Hills, she went to the Darien KinderCare to take on the role of Assistant Director. Darien was a wonderful learning experience for her and provided her the foundation needed to develop into a successful Center Director. Jennifer and her family live in Lockport and her son has been a part of the KinderCare family for 10 years. She is very excited to move on to the next chapter of her life as the Center Director of the Lemont KinderCare.

Previous Experience:

Jennifer started her KinderCare career as a Preschool teacher.

Angie Coloka, Assistant Director

Bio:

Angie joined the KinderCare team in 2009 as a Toddler Classroom teacher in the Lemont Center. Before her teaching position at KinderCare, she was a nanny for a family of four boys for six years. It was a wonderful, fun and educational experience that helped her become a better teacher. At the beginning of 2012 Angie was offered a wonderful opportunity to take on the Assistant Director position in Lemont. She has enjoyed every minute of being in the classroom as a teacher and looks forward to working on the management team.

Previous Experience:

Angie was a family nanny for six years.

Ms. Sylvia, Infant Classroom

Bio:

Ms. Sylvia has been with KinderCare for many years. She absolutely loves working with young children. Loving, caring for, and nurturing children is her passion. Besides the love she has for her infant class, she is also a grandmother, which she is very passionate about.

Ms. Bernadette, Discovery Preschool Classroom

Ms. Bernadette looks forward to one day joining the management team at KinderCare and helping make each day great for parents, children, and staff.

Ms. Bernadette previously worked as a Two's teacher and Center Director.

Ms. Reka, School Age Classroom

Bio:

Ms. Reka has been working with young children for over 14 years. Through her journey she has worked with infants through school age children and has enjoyed every minute of it. When Ms. Reka came to KinderCare, she was excited to be the school age teacher and to also support the transportation of the children. She loves implementing the summer camp program for the school age children. The field trips and projects that she plans for the children really spark their imaginations and creative sides.
