The teachers at Paseo Padre KinderCare are passionate about education and nurturing children. Our teachers have an average tenure of eleven years at our center and an average of 16 years experience in the Early Childhood Field. Our teachers are fully qualified by State Standards, and most have an Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. The Paseo Padre KinderCare strives for excellence through continuing education from biannual company professional development trainings to seeking additional college courses or seminars in the education field. At the end of the day, the true key to our teachers' success is their passion for teaching.
Cynthia Kuhlmann, Center Director
Bio:
Cynthia, or Syndee, as we all know her, began working at the KinderCare on Paseo Padre in Fremont in 1986. She has been working with young children since 1978. Syndee has completed 48 units in early childhood education. Syndee and her team achieved accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young children twice, and they are currently in the accreditation process again. Her goal as the director is to support the staff to provide a safe, clean, happy, educational environment for the children.
Previous Experience:
Prior to becoming Center Director, Syndee was a teacher for 13 years, then became an Assistant Director, and then was promoted in 1998.

Bio:
Ms Rosie has a passion for infants and toddlers. She has become an expert over the past 18 years of nurturing and caring for our littlest ones. She is a very patient, nurturing, loving caregiver, and knows how to create a bright, fun, and safe environment for babies.

Ms. Neera, Infant Classroom
Bio:
Ms. Neera strives to enrich children's lives from infancy through prekindergarten, and help them flourish into amazing human beings. Every child she works with leave a special memory with her. Teaching them engaging curriculum, performing activities that are both educational and interactive, help the children grow and develop to their potential. Ms. Neera is passionate about instilling the best skills in the children and promoting learning. Other aspects of her job that are very important to her include delivering the best customer service, establishing good relationships with both parents and staff, and focusing on the overall safety of our center.

Ms. Shakieba loves teaching the toddlers and seeing all they learn. She understands this is an age where they absorb everything so she works with each child to help them grow. She takes her job seriously as she tries to meet each child at their individual level and needs.

Ms. Wanda transferred from a KinderCare in Washington to this center. With her KinderCare background she is able to bring a fresh ideas to this location. Working with toddlers and their parents from across the West Coast she is familiar with different learning styles and works with each family individually.

Ms. Wanda used to teach at a KinderCare in Washington.

Bio:
Ms. Nakisha loves watching the toddler children grow and develop. Her background working with other providers helps bring creativity and excitement to the classroom. She has been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 15 years.

Prior to joining KinderCare, Ms. Nakisha taught for three years at Willow Elementary, nine years at Kidango and several years at other childcare providers.

Bio:
Ms. Cheryl has over 20 years experience in early childhood education. She is great at working with parents to keep them informed of their child's daily growth and development. Her goal is to be sure every child is comfortable in the classroom and other working with other children. Being comfortable gives the children the confidence to explore and work on their independence.
Previous Experience:
Ms. Cheryl taught for 18 years with a home daycare prior to joining KinderCare.

Ms. Lala has worked for KinderCare for over 25 years. She is always looking for ways to be a better teacher to her preschool and prekindergarten children. After 25 years, Ms. Lala's favorite part of teaching is still coming to work each day and the children greet her with hugs and smiles. The joy and love children at this age have is why she loves this age group.

Ms. Fatemah loves working in the preschool classroom because every day is different. She knows the preschool class is very important in setting the foundation for learning. She brings an enthusiastic attitude every day to bring out the best in each child.

Ms. Fatemeh taught for two years at a Montessori and worked for four years as a nurse prior to joining KinderCare.

Bio:
Ms. Daniela feels her education allows her to be a caring and understanding teacher. In addition, she believes her calm and caring nature allows her to support the children's emotional self. She not only loves working with the children, but their parents too. She wants to support the families in the growth of their child.
Previous Experience:
Ms. Daniela worked for City of Fremont as a teacher in the "Tiny Tots Program" and as a ceramics teacher for nine and a half years prior to joining KinderCare.

Ms Veronica has been teaching at the KinderCare on Paseo Padre in Fremont since 1976. The Prekindergarten group is her favorite to work with. Ms Veronica knows how to make learning fun! Each day is a special day in her classroom.

Bio:
One of Ms. Krishna's strengths as a prekindergarten teacher is encouraging the children. She realizes this is an important age as the children prepare for kindergarten. Everyday she encourages the children to be independent and have fun learning.

Before joining KinderCare, Ms. Krishna taught at a Gospel Kindergarten and a YMCA.

Ms. Priya worked as an elementary school teacher in India prior to joining KinderCare.
