Our Weber Road KinderCare Family has 20 dedicated early childhood teachers and teacher assistants providing care and education to our children and families. Our teachers' educational backgrounds range from Child Development Associate's Degrees all the way to Master's. All of our teachers bring something unique to the classroom and are always ready to take on new challenges. Our family works together to create a loving home away from home for your family. Dana has been with KinderCare since March 2007 and has been the Director at the Weber Road KinderCare since July 2012. Dana started at the Frankfort KinderCare as an Assistant Teacher in the Prekindergarten classroom. She then taught in a variety of classrooms from Infant through School Age, before becoming an Assistant Director for the Westmont KinderCare. Over the past five years Dana has also had experience with working for Head Start in Chicago, Illinois where she served as the child development specialist. Her goal as the Director is to give every child every opportunity to learn and grow and help encourage creativity and bring it to life.
Dana has been with KinderCare since March 2007 and has been a Director for four years. She started at the Frankfort KinderCare as an assistant teacher in the Toddler room. She then taught Prekindergarten at KinderCare for one year before becoming an Assistant Director. She was then promoted to Center Director of the Modaff KinderCare in Naperville, and from there moved on to a bigger school. Her goal as the Director is to give every child, every chance and to encourage teachers to not only be great at what they do, but to be the best!
Ms. Sarah is passionate about working closely with children and their families. Watching a child grow and develop under her care is one of the most rewarding things.
Ms. Sarah has previously worked as a child counselor.
Ms. Janet has 2 children of her own and loves spending time with them. She loves working with children an seeing their faces when they learn something new. Building lasting relationships with the parents and their children is important in any family and she is glad to be a part of this family.
Ms. Janet previously worked 3 years for Children’s World and 3 years for another KinderCare center. She also worked as a Leader for Girl Scouts for 3 Summers and Babysat.

Ms. Kimberly enjoys nurturing children and lives for the moments when they discover something new. In her spare time she bakes, cooks, and goes to concerts and plays. Ms. Kimberly has always felt a strong bond with children along with an innate need to make a difference in their lives.
Ms. Kimberly babysat since age of 13 and has worked as an intern at Joliet Junior College Early Childhood Center in the Fall of 2009.
Ms. Emily enjoys working with children very much. Not only does she have the privilege of teaching them something new and exciting, but she feels they teach her something new and exciting every day. Each child has a special place in her heart.
Ms. Emily previously worked as a volunteer for Village of Romeoville Sports. She was a Head Coach of Romeoville Sparx All Star Cheerleading team for 2 years and volunteered as a Teacher's Aide for 2 years at St. Andre the Apostle School during Jr. High. Ms. Emily was also a private tutor for Junior High Kids from 2009-2010.
Ms. Nasrin understands that each child deserves a quality education. She knows how important it is for your child to feel good about were he/she is placed and feel that we offer a safe, clean and stimulating environment. She is passionate about her job and feels we offer a positive environment for our families.

Ms. Christina has worked for KinderCare for almost 4 years. She's worked in every room but is currently the Toddler teacher. She tries to make every moment in her classroom a teachable one. Ms. Christina also has a 2 year old son.
Ms. Christina has previous experience working at the Lifetime Child Care Center and substituting for Plainfield School District
Ms. Maritza is a new addition to our family and an excellent one! We are fortunate to have a dedicated teacher like Ms. Maritza. She is highly creative and brings her curriculum alive through art activities that are challenging and achievable for the young children. Ms. Maritza is going to be a shining star as she grows with the company!
Ms. Maritza has previous experience in general childcare and was an intern.

Ms. Sarah is a valued teacher at our center. Her long term dedication to our family and yours is what makes her so special. Ms. Sarah's classroom is fun and exciting for toddlers to explore. From art projects to fine and gross motor skills, Ms. Sarah brings the curriculum to the next level. She is a true asset to our family and we are lucky to have her!
Ms. Sarah has previous experience as a Program Specialist and Assistant Director.
Ms. Usha, she loves to teach. It gives her great pleasure imparting knowledge to children and working on developing young minds. Her goal is to show children their potential and prepare them physically, mentally and socially for the world they will occupy in the future.
Ms. Usha has previously worked as Financial Analyst for the University of Chicago for 16 years.
Ms. Patti has been teaching in Early Childhood for over 25 years. She has 5 certificates in Early Childhood development. Over the years, she has been honored with many awards in the Early Childhood field, including Honor teacher as well as Master teacher recognition. She serves as an educational trainer not only within KinderCare but also within Naperville District and on a national level as well for the National Association for the Education of the Young Child (N.A.E.Y.C.)
Meritor Academy Private School, St. Mary Immaculate Education Department and Work with the Boy Scouts of America.
Ms. Melanie has always loved working with children and watching them learn and grow. She enjoys creating lessons that teach the children the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in life.
Ms. Melanie has previously taught 4th grade for 7 years, Junior High for 3 years, and Private Kindergarten at KinderCare for 1 year.
