Nicole started with a KinderCare in Addison as a teacher of the Toddler Classroom. After three years, she decided to be a Prekindergarten teacher in that same center. Nicole then received a promotion to be the Assistant Director at the Lombard KinderCare. She continued her experience by moving to the Carol Stream KinderCare as the Assistant Director. After two years of being an Assistant Director, Nicole received another promotion to be the Center Director here at the Stratford Bloomingdale KinderCare and has been here since January 2010.

Ms. Alana has been with the KinderCare family for over 20 years and has worked with a variety of age groups and in management. She loves her home in the infant room. A typical day in the infant room will include books, singing, working on manipulatives, art work, and sign language. Every day is unique and filled with love and laughter.
Prior to starting at KinderCare Ms. Alana worked for 10 years in a preschool program at the Part District.

Melanie went to Illinois State University and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She loves watching the children learn new things each day. Melanie loves singing songs to the children as well as working on creative projects with them. She believes that her students always help her grow as a teacher each and every day.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Melanie was a special education assistant.
"I love that when I come to work planning to teach, I find that I usually end up being taught."
Ms. Sara has been with KinderCare since 2011. She spent her first year at Judson University and then transferred to Elgin Community College to pursue her degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Sara is most known in the center has having such a caring heart with the children and a great deal of patience.
Prior to starting at KinderCare Ms. Sara was a nanny for four years and worked at the Kumon Math and Reading Center for two years.
"I love working with children and knowing that I've made an individual difference in their path of learning and social development. When I see that, then I know I have completed my passion and my daily job."
Ms. Kristin has been with Kindercare for one year but transferred to this center in June of 2012. She has two daughters that are now in college. Ms. Kristin works everyday to meet each child's individual needs. She also does a lot of art projects to keep the children busy. Ms. Kristin makes sure that the children have a great experience each and every day.
Prior to starting at KinderCare Ms. Kristen was a School District 93 reading aide.
"I enjoy my job. I feel that it defines me as a person. I love that my position give me joy each and every day."
Ms. Joelis is an outgoing person. She is passionate about her job and the work she does. Ms. Joelis puts so much effort into her classroom. Although she has only been in childcare for a year, she has already received our Rookie of the Year award for 2012. Her creativity and love for the children is seen and felt by all that is around her.
"I love watching each child grow into their own individual person. I enjoy knowing that I am a part in that growth! Sometime people think that we do all the teaching but really, the children teach us!"
Ms. Leslie has enjoyed teaching at the Bloomingdale Stratford KinderCare. When she has played a major role in all the classrooms and she has learned a lot and has grown as a teacher and as a mother. She is a positive person which rubs off on all the children that she works will. Ms. Leslie was chosen to get the "Inspire and Lead" award because of her passion and teamwork.
Prior to starting at KinderCare Ms. Leslie volunteered at the Park District.
"I love working with children. They make each day different and you never know what challenges you may face tomorrow. I love watching the children grow into happy and healthy school ager's."
Ms. Lilian has been with Kindercare since 2004. Prior to KinderCare, she worked for an early childhood classroom in the Palatine School District. She excels in teaching the children in the classroom environment and allowing the children to become unique individuals.

Ms. Jenny has worked in a variety of positions within our corporation. She was a Director for our Champions Branch for three years. Ms. Jenny then moved into management for the KinderCare Branch. She was in the management role for about 10 years. After her 10 years of management, Ms. Jenny chose to be an administrative assistant for two different districts within our company. Ms. Jenny is now a floating teacher at the Bloomingdale KinderCare and is offering all her years experience in all our different classrooms.
Ms. Jenny has worked in different divisions of Knowledge Universe including Director of various KinderCare centers and an administrative assistant to the district

Ms. Erin has been with KinderCare since May 2012. She wanted to work for KinderCare since she was a young girl. Ms. Erin has always loved working with children. She brings a lot of energy and creative ideas to our two year old children. She has great teamwork with the parents and her co-teachers.
Prior to starting at KinderCare Ms. Erin was a nanny and tutor.

Ms. Zee has been in the educations field since 2009. She runs a clean, organized, and creative classroom. Ms. Zee works daily to develop a daily routine and stability. She is a kid at heart and loves to have fun with the children in the classroom.
Prior to starting at KinderCare Ms. Zee worked at Schaumburg Community High School.
