The teachers and staff at the Bensenville Kindercare are passionate about educating and nurturing children. Our teachers have an average tenure of eight years at our center and an average of 15 years in the early childhood education field. The majority of our teacher have their Child Development Associate's certification or their Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. The Bensenville Kindercare team strives for excellence through continuing education from biannual company professional development trainings and taking seminars in the education field. Ultimately, our teachers success is their passion for teaching and their true love of learning.

Katie MacLeod started with Kindercare in the fall of 2004. Katie has been working with children for 14 years now, ranging from day camps, teaching in a classroom setting, teaching social and life skills and now as director at Kindercare.
Prior to starting at KinderCare Katie worked as a manager with abused and neglected children at Maryville Academy for four years.

Chrissy started out as the Prekindergarten teacher here at our center in 2005 before moving on to Assistant Director position in 2009. She also teaches our Kindergarten program in the morning. Chrissy strives to partner with the families to make their child's experience here a positive one.
"I love watching children incorporate what they learn into their play."
Ms. Annette is the lead teacher in the Preschool classroom and has been with KinderCare since 1995. She has a vast amount of experience with young children and enjoys helping them learn to write and identify their letters and numbers, amongst other things. Ms. Annette has wonderful interactions with the children and they love coming to her classroom every day.
