Accreditation

Many of our child care centers are accredited by national organizations that require us to meet rigorous early childhood education standards and guidelines for high-quality care and education. Programs that are accredited have demonstrated their commitment to go beyond the state’s minimum licensing requirements to meet and maintain these high standards of quality.

Our Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks - 1 year)

Babies grow and learn every day. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing "home away from home" where babies can explore and make new discoveries. We know that learning through play is extremely valuable at this age and our Early Foundations® Infant program is designed to give babies the skills that will serve as the building blocks for a lifetime of learning.

Toddler Programs (1 – 2 Years)

As toddlers develop friendships, self-esteem, and curiosity, our Early Foundations® Toddler program will help them explore their world in a safe and nurturing environment. Our unique curriculum is based on the philosophy that children learn best through experiences. So each day is filled with fun activities that excite and develop toddlers, giving them the comfort and confidence to speak those first few important words, as well as make their first friends.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2 – 3 Years)

At this age, children are making new discoveries daily. And as two-year olds begin to exert their independence, our Early Foundations® Discovery Preschool program is prepared to open their eyes to a world of learning, sharing, and exploring. Our holistic approach in the classroom engages young minds with a blend of music, art, and movement, as well as the early education fundamentals they'll need as they continue on to preschool.

Preschool Programs (3 – 4 Years)

As preschoolers gain more self-esteem, they may feel ready to take on the world. Our Early Foundations® Preschool program enhances that confidence by providing activities to help children become problem solvers and lifelong learners. Through independent exploration, structured activities, and hands-on learning, children will work on early literacy, math, science, and social studies concepts. A healthy dose of running, jumping, and dancing keeps them active too.

Prekindergarten Programs (4 – 5 Years)

Prekindergartners are preparing for the adventure of a lifetime – school. And our Early Foundations Prekindergarten® program is designed to get them ready by teaching letters and words, math concepts, and valuable social skills. With small group instruction, independent play in an organized atmosphere, and whole-group activities, children will have all the right skills to hop, skip, and jump right into kindergarten.

Before- & After-School Programs (5 – 12 Years)

Even after school's out for the day, children need to be engaged in a comfortable, yet stimulating environment. That's where our Catch the Wave® program comes in. This innovative before – and after-school program allows school-age children to balance learning and fun through a variety of experiences. From homework help to fun physical activities, our program is designed so that everyone goes home happy.

Summer Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)

Don’t miss out on KinderCare’s Summer of Wonder: Six themed programs that will make summer exciting, educational and tons of fun. Whether your child is in our preschool, Pre-K or school-age programs, all of it is designed to help children learn while soaking up the fun. We offer flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of busy families like yours so we hope to see you there.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare has partnered with Child Care Aware® of America in an effort to offer fee assistance for Active Duty military families and solutions to their child care needs when care at a Child Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures - Enrichment Program

Cooking

The Cooking Adventures program gives children opportunities to participate in fun, developmentally appropriate cooking experiences. They will learn about recipes, ingredients, cooking vocabulary, and the importance of a healthy diet. The curriculum includes lessons on picnics, pizza, and heart-healthy meals.

Math

The Math Adventures enrichment program is designed to teach important mathematics concepts such as geometry, numbers, measurement, and probability. Your child will learn about length, height, and weight. He will learn about shapes and solids. He will learn how to add, subtract, multiply, and count money. Math is everywhere and giving your child every advantage now will add up to success later in life.

Music

Ongoing research proves that early exposure to music helps children think, reason, create, and express themselves. Children will laugh and learn about rhythm, vocal melodies, and a variety of musical genres and instruments, which can lower stress and advance memory. Learning never sounded so good.

Phonics & Reading Adventures

Set your child up for advanced success with literacy through phonics, the study of letters and sounds. Reader books, games, and activity cards help your child understand the basics of vowels and blending syllables, giving him confidence and command of language.

At KinderCare, what families say about us means a lot. Read below some of the great experiences our families have had with us.

Share Your Story
If you have a story about your experience at KinderCare, please share your story with us.

I’ve had my son at Railstop Kindercare for  over two years now and have been very happy with the care he’s received.  We have had the greatest teachers for him and I believe they love him as if he was their own. I had him at in-home daycare prior to his Kindercare enrollment and  once he was there, watched his learning accelerate immediately and continue to grow.  He’s a year out from having to go to Kindergarten and he knows his letters, numbers, colors, shapes, how to write his name and so much more.
The biggest benefit of Railstop Kindercare is the teachers, they are so loving and caring. One morning I forgot to bring his yogurt, and he was on the verge of tears.  Miss Sosan offered her own yogurt for him to eat and I was able to go to work without being late.  It’s this kind of quality care that keeps me coming back to Railstop and puts my mind at ease knowing that my little guy is taken care of as I would.

Liana

- Mother

Our son has been attending KinderCare, Railstop Terrace since he was about 9 months old and he recently moved to the toddler room. We are extremely happy with the care that we receive here. The biggest thing that you will notice at Kindercare is that the staff all seem to love what they do and it shows in how they care for your child. When I drop my child off, he is always greeted with a resounding Good Morning! and a smile. One thing that set KinderCare apart from other centers in this area is that this center is Nationally Accredited which means that the center follows very strict guidelines for everything that they do and has proven this through the accreditation process. You notice the difference in the infant room. There are no bouncers, chairs or other "baby jail" type devices. The staff members spend most of their time on the floor with the kids either holding or playing with them. Everything in the room is very well organized down to how the milk is separated in the refrigerator to ensure that each baby is given the correct bottle. I can't speak highly enough of the staff here. When we got there my son went from taking no naps (which led to a very cranky attitude in the evenings) to taking a consistent nap every day at 12:00. Our son participates in many educational activities and is learning important skills such as using words and how to use a spoon. I highly recommend KinderCare to all of my friends and to anyone seeking high quality child care.

- Father

KinderCare has been like a second home to both of our children.  From day one, we were immediately impressed with the infant care. Handing over your precious bundle of joy as a new parent can be scary, but those fears were quickly put to rest when we saw the attention and affection that were given to our children, and witnessed how they thrived in this special environment. We were equally pleased with the education they received from preschool to school age. Our oldest is excelling in elementary school and we know it is because of the great teachers at KinderCare! We highly recommend this center to those in the community looking for a total "loving and learning" environment.

- Mother

Our family has been part of Kindercare for about 4 years, and I could not recommend Kindercare enough! The staff is friendly, helpful and has become great friends! Over the years Carrie Ann Jiridly has shown our daughter Aanya how a learning center can be a home away from home, and yet learn and grow in so many ways. Aanya just loves her time there, I can quickly drop her off without there being any problem, and know she is in safe hands and is being well looked after! Carrie Ann goes above and beyond in making sure information about the center is communicated and her ability to handle emergency situations is what sets her apart. She carries out parent’s wishes and keeps the kids routine as normal as possible!

She has paid exceptional attention in ensuring school activities like Parents Night Out, Summer Kick-Off, holiday observance, and other events are incredibly organized, and as much fun for us parents as it is for the kids.

She goes the extra mile in ensuring teachers and staff are recognized and appreciated for everything they do for our kids on a day to day basis.

Keep up the AMAZING work; I can't thank Carrie Ann enough for bringing such joy to Aanya's life!!!

Regards,

Priya.
