Popcorn Trail Mix

popcornDid you know that popcorn is a whole grain, high in fiber, and low in calories? Try this fun and fast popcorn trail mix recipe.  It is a perfect snack when you are out and about on the weekends or for a holiday party!

Popcorn Trail Mix

2 cups popcorn (popped)
1 cup whole grain cereal
½ cup peanuts
½ cup dried fruit or raisins
Candy corn (optional)

Serves: 4 – 1 cup portions
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Portion & serve.
